Hardie Grant Egmont is a small Australian kids' book publisher with big ideas. We distribute some of the world's best books for kids in the Egmont Books list as well as developing a strong local publishing program and distributing the local Black Dog Books list.

Formed in 2003, Hardie Grant Egmont aims to create a market-leading position for quality, content-driven children’s publishing across both licensed and traditional platforms. Our exciting local list launched in 2005 with the younger girls’ fiction series, Go Girl! and we are now exploring new areas of the children’s book market with the younger boys' fiction series Zac Power and a fractured fairytale series with an Australian twist - Furry Tails.
